Added cross studio project for building into a lib.

-This allows us to build the C-Library into a shared library for future embedded projects. -There is a new define called RADIO2_EMBEDDED_LIB to remove dependencies on ft260 since this is a windows/linux/macos feature. This will also allow better copy/paste for updating existing C-Libraries in stm32_firmware.
